The purpose of these meetings was to provide management insight into the various aspects of the present OWI program. At the requies tof Battelle, the agenda for the pesentations was reduced and talks were presentd on January 25, 1978. On the aftenoon of the first day and on the second day, January 26, 1978, individual meetings were held. In some cases, the talks presented in the individual meeting shad been scheduled. As planned, the technical meetings were recorded. This document contains copies of the visual materials presented in the formal presentations as well as those used in the individual meetings.
