Revised proposed general power marketing criteria and allocation criteria for Salt Lake City area: Environmental assessment
Technical Report
·
OSTI ID:5114230
Potential economic impacts on the human environment are stressed because the determination was made early in the assessment process that no interaction with components of the natural environment was expected. This determination was made on the basis that no change in operations of any facilities would result from implementation of the Allocation Criteria. The economic analyses involve investigation of Conservation and Renewable Energy Article, Resale of Electric Energy Article, the ten-year contract term, the method of power and energy allocation, the amounts of marketable firm power and energy, and the method of billing the cost of firming purchases on a pass-through basis.
