Title: The. pi. rho-puzzle in low energy pp-bar annihilation

It is shown that the suppression of NN-bar(/sup 31/S/sub 0/)..--> pi..rho - the so-called ..pi..rho-puzzle - can be explained in terms of NN-bar rearrangement into one s-wave meson and two p-wave mesons.
