Title: PRELIMINARY EVALUATION OF FABRICATION METHODS FOR CLAD HYDRIDED-ZIRCONIUM MODERATOR SECTIONS

Abstract

A preliminary evaluation of fabrication methods for producing clad moderator sections of hydrided zirconium is described. Four cladding methods are evaluated, and the development effort necessary for determination of the most feasible process is outlined. (auth)
