TECHNICAL PROGRESS REPORT ON MOLECULAR STRUCTURES AND THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF FLUORINE-CONTAINING GASES , APRIL 1, 1961 THROUGH MARCH 31, 1962
The molecular structure and low temperature thermodynamic properties were studied for the following simple fluorine-containing gases: trifluorophosphine, silicon tetrafluoride, and thionyl fluoride. An adiabatic calorimeter for measuring the heat of recombination of free radicals generated by a Co/sup 60/ source was designed. (M.C.G.)
