Data relative to the infiuence of radiation on the content of vitamin B/ sub 6/ and B/sub 12/ in the blood serum of oncological patients are given. It was impossible to determine the importance of the localization of the tumor, its histological structure, the stage of the disease, and the value of the dose in the range 4000 to 14000 r. A more frequent rise in the content of vitamins B/sub 6/ and B/sub 12/ was observed in persons over 50 years of age and in those subjected to irradiation by Co/sup 60/ in comparison with those x-irradiated.
