Title: THE DETERMINATION OF MOLECULAR STRUCTURE FROM ROTATIONAL SPECTRA

Abstract

An analysis is presented concerning the average molecular configuration variations and their effects on molecular structure determointions. It is noted that the isotopic dependence of the zero-point is often primarily governed by the isotopic variation of the average molecular configuration. (J.R.D.)
