The AGN-201 reactor Constanza'' in Palermo went critical February 12, 1960. A brief description is given of the reactor. The irradiation facilities and the activity levels are illustrated with a consideration of some limitations. An indication is given of the production of carrier-free isotopes. (tr-auth)
