Title: MEASUREMENTS OF SOFT X-RAY EMISSION BY MEANS OF SECONDARY-ELECTRON MULTIPLIERS (in Russian)

Abstract

The performance of an open-type secondary electron multiplier in measuring soft and ultra-soft x radiation was analyzed, and necessary conditions for absolute intensity measurements were found. Quantum yields of various cathodes are tabulated. (tr-auth)
