Title: Langmuir waves in a dusty plasma with variable grain charge

Using the equations of self-consistent charge dynamics for the grain charge fluctuations, electron plasma oscillations in a dusty plasma are studied. It is shown that the instability in longitudinal plasma oscillations disappears if the self-consistent grain charge dyanmics is taken into account.
