Title: LOCALIZATION OF BRAIN TUMORS WITH THE POSITRON SCINTILLATION CAMERA

Abstract

The use of a positron scintillation camera in the localization of brain tumors after administration of Ga/sup 68/ is dethan with other methods of brain tumor localization and the pictures are obtained in a relatively short time. Gallium-68 has a half life of 68 min and decays by positron emission 85% of the time. (C.H.)
