THE ANGULAR DISTRIBUTION OF GAMMA RAYS FROM NUCLEI WITH HIGH ANGULAR MOMENTUM
Technical Report

A method is developed for calculating the angular distribution and spectrum of the gamma cascade emitted by an excited nucleus that has previously emitted neutrons with little angular momentum. The transition probability is calculated without resorting to the cross section for the inverse process. (D.C.W.)
