Title: MAGNETOHYDRODYNAMIC MOTION OF A SPHERICAL FLUID MASS IN WHICH THE CURRENT LINES ARE CIRCUMFERENCES IN PARALLEL PLANES (in Spanish)

Journal Article · · Atti Accad. Sci. Torino. I. Classe Sci. Fis., Mat. Nat.
OSTI ID:4628358

The magnetohydrodynamic motion of an electrically conducting spherical fluid mass is studied under the hypothesis that the magnetic field generated by the fluid mass have, at the surface, a normal component equal to that which determines a magnetic dipole placed in the center. It is assumed that the current lines are circumferences in parallel planes and the vortex lines are at right angles. (tr-auth)
