Lattice dynamics of semiconducting, metallic, and superconducting Ba{sub 1-x}K{sub x}BiO{sub 3} studied by inelastic neutron scattering

Lattice dynamics of Ba{sub 1-x}K{sub x}BiO{sub 3} were studied using inelastic neutron scattering. Compositions ranging from semiconducting, metallic, and superconducting were studied. Mathematical models were used to assign the observed modes. The relationship between oxygen modes and composition was analyzed.
