S>It is shown that there exists on the light cone an affine connection which is metric, semisymmetric and locally integrable. There exists a correspondence between this connection and a system of charges moving with the velocity of light. The correspondence reveals in the case of commensurable charges a symmetry which disappears for non-commensurable charges. (auth)
