The gamma spectrum of Th/sup 228/ in equilibrium with its decay products has been investignted by means of two scintillation spectrometers snd a fast slow coincidence set up in the range 0.05 to 0.76 Mev. From the results the decay schemes of the nuclides Pb/sup 212/and Th/sup 228/ are confirmed. For the nuclides Ra/sup 224/ and Bi/sup 212/ the existence of two gamma rays which fit the energy levels already proposed by other authors as ascertained, through a direct measurement. Moreover some till now unknown gamma rays are found which must be assigned to the Tl/sup 208/ at 200 deg C an Pb/sup 208/ decay. According to these data a new decay scheme for Tl/sup 208/ is proposed. (auth)
