Title: INTERNAL CONVERSION IN Li$sup 7$

Abstract

Upper and lower limits were placed on the interaal conversion coefficient of the 479 kev excited state of Li/sup 7/. The limits are 16.6 x 10/ sup -7/ and 5.8 x 10/sup -7/, yielding a multipole mixtare of (100% to 55%) Ml and (0% to 45%) E2 for the gamma ray. Photoelectric emission from the source and the background counting rate impose the principal limitations on the accuracy of the experiment. (auth)
