PULSE SHAPE DISCRIMINATION AND ENERGY RESPONSE OF CALCIUM TUNGSTATE CRYSTALS
Journal Article

The scintillation response of calcium tungstate crystals to rays, protons, and alpha particles was studied. It is shown that there is a difference in shape between -ray and alpha particle pulses, and that this effect may be exploited to discriminate between particles. (auth)
