Title: ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT IN STRONTIUM TITANATE

Abstract

The conductivity and the Hill and seebeck coefficients of reduced and doped strontium titanate were measured over the temperature range 4.2-300 deg K. An average effecments. This value agrees well with the results of a recent coefficient appear to be negligible above 50 deg K. Such a result is expected in view of the very small heat conductivity reported by Sievers.
