INELASTIC NEUTRON SCATTERING ON NUCLEI WITH TWO EXTRA NUCLEONS FORMING A GROUND STATE PAIR (in Russian)
Inelastic scattering of neutrons on even-even nuclei as studied considering ground state pair correlations. is assumed that the target consists of an even-even ore and a super core with two extra neutrons forming pair in the singlet S state. A deuteron-type wave function describes the relative neutron pair motion, and the pair energy is used as the neutron bond energy. It is also assumed that a direct two-particle interaction between the incident particle and the parir takes place on the nuclear surface and can be described by a Yukawa potential. The investigation is carried out in Born approximation, such that the transition from the ground state to the excited state is induced by the above irteractions. Transition matrix elements are calculnted on the basis of these assumptions, and total and differertial cross sections for inelastic neutron scattering with pair excitation are found as well as the differential cross section for pair disintegration.
