MAGNETO-ACOUSTIC WAVES THROUGH AN ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTING MEDIUM IN THE PRESENCE OF A MAGNETIC FIELD
Journal Article

It is found that the pressure amplitude of a magnetoacoustic wave is heavily attenuated for shorter wavelengths, and consequently the magnetic field which is caused by the sound waves depends on the wavelength of the sound. See also NSA 18: 9519. (R.E.U.)
