An experiment to measure A{sub xx}, A{sub yy} and A{sub xz} as a function of bombarding energy in the angular range between 6{degrees} and 90 {degrees} in the CM system will be described. The experiment utilizes the Wisconsin/IUCF polarized internal storage cell target. The goal is to map out the energy dependence of the spin correlation coefficients between 200 MeV and 450 MeV with small steps across the pion production threshold. A calibration point of Ay near 200 MeV at 18.1{degrees} in the CM system is transported to higher energies. To this aim the beam polarization is measured prior to the energy ramp (200 MeV). After taking data, the beam is decelerated and the surviving polarization is measured, again at 200 MeV. If the beam polarization is conserved after deceleration, the analyzing power and thus the spin correlation parameters can be determined absolutely at the high energy. The status of decelerated beam operation at the Indiana Cooler will be discussed and first results of A{sub ik} between 300 MeV and 450 MeV will be presented.
