Abstract

The latest results of searching for exotic multiquark states with heavy quarks obtained in the D0 experiment (Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, USA) are presented. In particular, the evidence of existence of a possible four-quark state X(5568) → B{sub s}{sup 0} π{sup ±}in the cases with hadronic and semileptonic decay channels of B{sub s}{sup 0} meson is considered, as well as the results of searching for the five-quark states in the J/ψΛ system.

We present the results for multi-quark exotic states search from D0 Collaboration at the FNAL Tevatron. This includes an evidence for a $${B}_{s}^{0}{\pi }^{\pm }$$ state (X(5568)) with hadronic decays of B _s meson, a confirmation of the X(5568) state with semileptonic decays of B _s meson, and a search for exotic baryons decaying to J/ψΛ pairs.

Here, we present a study of the X ^±(5568) using semileptonic decays of the B _s ⁰ meson using the full run II integrated luminosity of 10.4 fb ^-1 in proton-antiproton collisions at a center of mass energy of 1.96 TeV collected with the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. We present a search for B$$0\atop{S}$$ oscillations using semileptonic B _S → D _sμX (D _s → K$$0\atop{S}$$K). Search for the Exotic Meson $X (5568)$ with the Collider Detector at Fermilab

Here, a search for the exotic meson X(5568) decaying into the B$$0\atop{s}$$ _π ^± final state is performed using data corresponding to 9.6 fb ^-1 from $$p\bar{p}$$ collisions at $$\sqrt{s}$$ = 1960 GeV recorded by the Collider Detector at Fermilab. No evidence for this state is found and an upper limit of 6.7% at the 95% confidence level is set on the fraction of B$$0\atop{s}$$ produced through the X(5568)→B$$0\atop{s}$$ _π ^± process.

Search for Structure in the $B_{s}^{0} π^{\pm}$ Invariant Mass Spectrum

The B ⁰ _sπ ^± invariant mass distribution is investigated in order to search for possible exotic meson states. The analysis is based on a data sample recorded with the LHCb detector corresponding to 3 fb ^–1 of pp collision data at √s = 7 and 8 TeV. No significant excess is found, and upper limits are set on the production rate of the claimed X(5568) state within the LHCb acceptance.
