Dependence of pressure in a compressed condensed matter on parameters of high-power laser pulses

Based on analysis of two-dimensional numerical calculations and experiments performed on the PALS setup, the similarity relations are obtained for determining pressure in a condensed matter irradiated by a short laser pulse of intensity 5x10{sup 13}-5x10{sup 14} W cm{sup -2}.
