The X-ray production cross-sections for the Mk (k = {xi}, {delta}, {alpha}, {beta}, {zeta}, {gamma}, m{sub 1} and m{sub 2}) groups of X-rays have been evaluated for all the elements with 67 {<=} Z {<=} 92 at incident photon energies ranging E{sub M{sub 1}}<E{sub inc}{<=}150 keV using currently available theoretical data sets of different physical parameters, namely, partial photoionization cross-sections, X-ray emission rates, fluorescence and Coster-Kronig yields, and the K-shell/L{sub j} (j = 1-3) subshell to the M{sub i} (i = 1-5) subshell vacancy transfer probabilities, based on the independent particle models.
