Experimental determination of the total isothermal reactivity feedback coefficient for the University of Arizona TRIGA research reactor

An experiment was performed to measure the total isothermal (or bath) feedback coefficient of reactivity for the University of Arizona TRIGA Research Reactor (UARR). It was found that the bath coefficient was temperature-dependent and may be represented by the expression {alpha}{sub iso} .2634 x 10{sup -2} + .3428 x 10{sup -3} T - 2.471 x 10{sup -5} T{sup 2} + 3.476 x 10{sup -7} T{sup 3} for the temperature range of 7 C to 43 C.
