In the interactions of ultra-intense laser pulses with solid targets, a preformed plasma is generated in front of the target by laser prepulse before the main pulse irradiates the target. The characteristics of the electrons generated by laser-plasma interaction depend on the distribution of preplasma, since the acceleration process changes by a distribution of the preplasma. Thus, the preplasma distribution also play an important role in laser proton acceleration. In this paper, the effect of prepulse on laser proton acceleration is evaluated by using 2D radiation hydro code and 2D PIC code, where numerically evaluated profile of preplasma by radiation hydro code is taken into PIC code as an initial condition. The difference of one order magnitude of prepulse intensity leads to significant differences in electron characteristics, which results in the difference of proton maximum energy.
