## Deexcitation of K{sup {pi} }= 0{sub 2}{sup +}, 0{sub 3}{sup +}, and 2{sup 1/+} levels by M1 transitions in nonspherical even-even nuclei

The signs of the experimental values of the multipole-mixture parameters {delta} are compared with the signs of R = {Sigma}a{sub i{mu}i} for (2{sup +}0{sub 2}-2{sup +}0{sub 1}) and (2{sup +}0{sub 3}-2{sup +}0{sub 1}) transitions and with the signs of {Sigma}a{sub i}[({mu}{sub i} + {mu}{sub k{nu}}) or ({mu}{sub k{pi}}- 1/2)] for (2{sup +}2{sub 1}-2{sup +}0{sub 1}) transitions in nonspherical even-even nuclei, where a{sub i} is the contribution of the ith pair of quasiparticles to the wave function for 2{sup +}0{sub 2}, 2{sup +}0{sub 3}, and 2{sup +}2{sub 1} single-phonon states according to the quasiparticle-phonon model and {mu} is the magnetic momentmore »
