The muon anomalous magnetic moment is discussed within the model based on the SU(2){sub L}xSU(2){sub R}xU(1){sub B-L}-gauge group. The contributions of the neutrinos having the dipole magnetic moment are calculated. The cases of the Majorana and Dirac neutrinos are considered. It is shown that, to account for the (g-2){sub {mu}} anomaly, dipole magnetic moments connected with heavy neutrinos should be on the order of fewx10{sup -8}{mu}{sub B}, that is, at variance with the theoretically predicted values.
