Title: {pi}{sup -} nuclear capture ratio on hydrogen and oxygen in water

Abstract

We report on a measurement of the {pi}{sup -} nuclear capture ratio on hydrogen and oxygen in water by two methods. The capture ratio is measured to be W{sub H{sub 2}}{sub O}=(4.45{+-}0.24)x10{sup -3}.
