The neutron and proton nuclear data of K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, and Zn were evaluated for energies up to 3 GeV. The adjusted sets of optical model parameters were obtained over 20 MeV for neutrons and over threshold for protons. The nuclear data of these isotopes were adopted into the JENDL High Energy File. The neutron-induced data were merged with JENDL-3.3 below 20 MeV.
