DW TAP Computational Framework
- National Renewable Energy Lab. (NREL), Golden, CO (United States)
This software provides a collection of algorithms, an API, and a demonstration application for the Distributed Wind Tools Assessing Performance (DW TAP) computational framework. DW TAP is a DOE WETO-funded project to develop tools to support the distributed wind (small scale wind turbine) industry, particularly with respect to siting and resource assessment. The computational framework is the public access point and synthesis of these tools, providing open source implementations, an API for ease of access by third party implementations, a reference implementation and documentation.
