Title: Highly Efficient and Stable Perovskite-Silicon Tandem Solar Cells

Abstract

We describe the development of novel perovskite active layers and sputter-buffer layers for perovskite-silicon tandems with efficiencies surpassing 25% that pass a variety of IEC standard stability tests.
