Carbon Dynamics of the Greater Everglades Watershed and Implications of Climate Change. Final Report
- Univ. of Central Florida, Orlando, FL (United States)
The project had three objectives: Quantify above- and below- ground carbon stocks of terrestrial ecosystems along a seasonal hydrologic gradient in the headwaters region of the Greater Everglades watershed; Develop budgets of ecosystem gaseous carbon exchange (CO2 and CH4) across the seasonal hydrologic gradient at multiple spatial scales; and, Assess the impact of climate drivers on ecosystem carbon exchange in the Greater Everglades headwater region.
