Title: Sinuous antenna coupled CMB detector (Sinuous CMB) v8

Abstract

Detectors for Cosmic Microwave Background experiments are fabricated on silicon wafers using microfabrication techniques. Various superconducting metals such as Niobium, aluminum and aluminum doped with manganese, normal metals such as titanium and palladium, and dielectric films such as silicon nitride are used in the fabrication. Design includes detailed layout of metals and thickness of each layer.
