The purpose of this software is: - control and acquire data files from an Advion CMS single-quad mass spectrometer - targeted compound analysis - sample classification List of features: - use of experimental profiles for easy data acquisition - external touchscreen for easy experiment control - simple Yes/No answer if the signal of a targeted analyte is above a predefined limit - build database and classify sample using multiple spectral comparison/similarity methods Specific application: sample classification using an Advion CMS single quadrupole mass spectrometer connected to an Open Port Sampling Interface (OPSI).
