Title: Photoinduced charge recombination in dipolar D–A–A photonic liquid crystal polymorphs

Abstract

A hexylalkoxy dipolar D–A–A molecule has been synthesized and the photophysics studiedviafemtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy (FsTA) in toluene and in amorphous and liquid crystalline spherulite thin films.
