Title: Low-temperature synthesis of all-inorganic perovskite nanocrystals for UV-photodetectors

Abstract

CsPb 1−X Sn X Br 3 perovskite nanocrystals, synthesized by a low-temperature hot-injection method, have been demonstrated as the key for sensitive trap-assisted photomultiplication UV-photodetectors.
