Selected updates, primarily for high-spin levels in {sup 138}Xe, {sup 138}Pr, {sup 138}Sm, {sup 138}Eu, and {sup 138}Gd are presented. Most updates, except for {sup 138}Xe, are based on heavy-ion reaction data. The adopted levels and gammas for these nuclides have also been revised to include the new levels seen. Other A=138 nuclides, where high-spin levels have been studied, are {sup 138}Nd, {sup 138}Pm. For these adopted levels, gammas data are given but there are no new spectroscopic studies reported. The Q values have been updated to the latest mass evaluation for all nuclides.
