Title: Open-Source Suite for Advanced Synchrophasor Analysis

Abstract

The paper presents the results of the development of the open-source suite of applications for synchrophasor analysis. The suite includes several software tools for oscillation analysis, power plant model validation, and frequency response analysis using synchrophasor measurements. All tools are based on the common framework and data sources. The developed tools have been used by the Bonneville Power Administration and other utilities for synchrophasor analysis. The paper includes several use cases based on the actual system PMU data.
