Title: Recommendation for a Dual-Energy X-Ray Decomposition Method for Explosives Material Characterization

Abstract

The Explosives Division (EXD) of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Science & Technology Directorate has acquired a broad set of x-ray data for explosives from a variety of laboratory and commercial x-ray computed tomography (CT) systems at multiple facilities across the United States.
