Title: Growth of solution based non-linear crystals Final Report CRADA No. TSB-726-93

Abstract

The goal of the project is to establish within Inrad, Inc., a U.S. crystal growth company, the capability to utilize a new technology being developed at LLNL for growth of solution- and flux-based organic and inorganic crystals at rates of ten to fifty times those currently used commercially. Commerciallization of this technology will lead to dramatic reductions in cost as well as improvments in crystal quality.
