Title: Cyber Protection and Resilience Index: An Indicator of an Organization's Cyber Protection and Resilience Program

Abstract

In 2014, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its Cyber Security Advisors (CSAs) began surveying critical infrastructure by using the Cyber Infrastructure Survey Tool (C-IST). The collected information is specific to an organization’s cyber protection and resilience program on a critical cyber service (CCS), which includes management, personnel, controls, incident response, and cyber dependencies.
