NX/M-R1.1 provides vector combining operations for a 2-D mesh parallel computer. The operations that are provided include logical `and`,`or`, and `xor`, and arithmetic max, min, product, and sum, on data types logical, integer, and single-precision and double-precision floating point, plus any commutative and associative user-defined function.
