Title: Miniature all-solid-state heterostructure nanowire Li-ion batteries as a tool for engineering and structural diagnostics of nanoscale electrochemical processes

Abstract

We have revealed the 3D structure of Li-ion batteries composed of LiCoO 2cathode, LiPON electrolyte and Si anode deposited around Si nanowires as a scaffolding core.
