  • The latest results obtained from searches for particles and phenomena beyond the Standard Model (new physics) in the D0 experiment at the Tevatron [Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL), USA] on the basis of a statistical sample corresponding to an accumulated luminosity of 1 to 3 fb{sup -1} in 2008 are considered.
  • The performance of the ALICE detector in searches for new heavy stable charged particles in pp collisions is discussed in this paper. Gluino R-hadron was chosen as an example of a candidate, and cross sections and kinematic properties were obtained from PYTHIA simulations for various gluino masses (100-500 GeV/c{sup 2}). Detector response simulations for R-hadrons in the TPC acceptance (|eta|<1) were performed for 100 GeV/c{sup 2} R-hadron mass.
  • The latest results obtained in searches for particles and phenomena beyond the Standard Model (new-physics effects) in the D0 experiment at the Tevatron accelerator (FNAL, United States) on the basis of statistics corresponding to the integrated luminosity of about 1 fb{sup -1} are surveyed.
  • Results on searches for particles and phenomena beyond the Standard Model (new-physics effects) in the D0 experiment at the Tevatron accelerator (FNAL, USA) are examined. These results were obtained on the basis of a statistical sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5 to 7 fb{sup -1} and were published in 2010 and 2011.
  • Experiments related neutrino oscillations are reviewed. Special emphases on solar neutrinos, atmospheric neutrinos and LSND and related experiments are made. The results from these experiments suggest neutrino oscillations. New data from Super-Kamiokande on solar and atmospheric neutrinos are shown.
