Title: Controlling Magnetic and Ferroelectric Order Through Geometry: Synthesis, Ab Initio Theory, Characterization of New Multi-Ferric Fluoride Materials

Abstract

We have focused on the synthesis, characterization, and ab initio theory on multi-functional mixed-metal fluorides. With funding from the DOE, we have successfully synthesized and characterized a variety of mixed metal fluoride materials.
