In the first Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to four O2- atoms. There are a spread of Li–O bond distances ranging from 2.67–2.84 Å. In the second Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded in a water-like geometry to two O2- atoms. There is one shorter (1.96 Å) and one longer (1.98 Å) Li–O bond length. There are four inequivalent Mo5+ sites. In the first Mo5+ site, Mo5+ is bonded to six O2- atoms to form distorted MoO6 octahedra that share corners with five PO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Mo–O bond distances ranging from 1.71–2.21 Å. In the second Mo5+ site, Mo5+ is bonded to six O2- atoms to form distorted MoO6 octahedra that share corners with five PO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Mo–O bond distances ranging from 1.74–2.11 Å. In the third Mo5+ site, Mo5+ is bonded to six O2- atoms to form distorted MoO6 octahedra that share corners with five PO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Mo–O bond distances ranging from 1.71–2.17 Å. In the fourth Mo5+ site, Mo5+ is bonded to sixmore » O2- atoms to form distorted MoO6 octahedra that share corners with five PO4 tetrahedra.
