Title: Materials Data on SiBPb by Materials Project

BPbSi is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of four boron molecules and one PbSi framework. In the PbSi framework, Pb is bonded to four equivalent Si atoms to form corner-sharing PbSi4 tetrahedra. All Pb–Si bond lengths are 2.74 Å. Si is bonded to four equivalent Pb atoms to form corner-sharing SiPb4 tetrahedra.
