Title: Estimating Lumped Transmission Line Equivalents

Abstract

This report describes the efforts to determine the lumped transmission line model for the water transmission lines on the Cygnus pulsed power machine. The lumped model will be used to create a BERTHA model of the water transmission lines to help understand the impact various physical features in the transmission line, such as the Torlon R supports, elbows, and impedance tapers in the lines. This will hopefully be useful to the Cygnus technical staff in evaluating the impact of altering the water transmission lines to accommodate potential experiments.
